Celebrate with a free family bilingual program featuring award-winning 
author/illustrator Lulu Delacre. Delight in  irresistible music by Los Hijo'e Plena, the performance ensemble of Cultura Plenera, a Maryland Traditions award-winner. Together they will bring to life “Fiery Bomba,” a story in the children's book, Rafi and Rosi Music! Every neighborhood family will receive a complimentary copy of the book in either Spanish or English. A reception will follow with book sales by Politics and Prose Bookstore. The Sitar Arts Center, Cultura Plenera, and Friends of Puerto Rico are among the sponsors of the event. Friends of Puerto Rico will be bringing their Cafe Ama that supports SEEDS, their youth entrepreneurship program in public schools in Puerto Rico.
